All prices include overnight stay with breakfast buffet per person and day as well as unlimited use of the Poseidon bathing facility from 7 am to 8 pm daily.

Thermal spa invoice:

The thermal spa usage fee is obligatory and included in the indicated room rates, and will be designated separately on the hotel bill; plus spa tax: € 2.40 per day. Children up to age 14 are free.

Use of the thermal spa for children up to age 14 is upon consultation with your family doctor.

Underground parking space:

Please immediately order your car parking space with your room reservation. Per day: € 4.00.

The usage fee does not include any liability on the part of the hotel for damages which arise through third parties.

Method of payment:

You can pay your hotel bill in cash or with EC card.

At Hotel Garni Glockenspiel/Therme:

Please understand that we cannot accommodate any pets.

At Appartementhaus Poseidontherme:

Price for your dog (per day): € 7.00.
Condition for taking along a dog: dog blanket, dog harness and dog basket.

Liability:

Our establishment is not liable for services which are charged in the name of and for account of third parties.

Cancellation fees:

Excerpt from the guest accommodation contract (rights and obligations of guest and host), published by the hotel professional group and related enterprises in the German Hotel and Restaurant Association (DEHOGA):

1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed, or, if a confirmation was no longer possible for time reasons, had already been prepared.

2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contractual partner to fulfil the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract is concluded.

3. The host is obligated to pay compensation to the guest for failure to provide the room.

4a. In case of non-utilisation of contractual services, the guest is obligated to pay the agreed or customary price, minus the expenditures saved by the host.

4b. Based on past experiences, the savings with the overnight stay amount to 20% of the accommodation price, and 40% of the guesthouse price with a board and lodging agreement (room and board).

5a. The host is held in good faith to assign unused rooms elsewhere if possible in order to avoid cancellations.

5b. Until the room has been assigned elsewhere, the guest has to pay the amount calculated under No. 4 for the duration of the contract.

6. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the business location. In order to protect you against unnecessary costs in the event of a possible cancellation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. We do not charge any cancellation fees with a cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival. After that we are entitled to charge you 80% of the accommodation costs, if the apartment cannot be occupied otherwise. If you must depart early, we would charge you 100% of the room rate.
